Day 2 Saturday 01/11 Cruise by ferry boat | Chefchaouen | Meknès
Trip from Europe to Africa, crossing the Strait of Gibraltar where the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea meet.
Chefchaouen the blue city, walking through its narrow streets feels like stepping into a living poem, where time slows down and the senses awaken. Meknès is one of Morocco’s imperial cities, with monumental architecture filled with palaces, majestic gates, and vibrant streets.
Day 3 Sunday 02/11 Fez | Middle Atlas Mountains | Ziz Valley
Fez is one of Morocco’s imperial cities, Its historic center is a fascinating labyrinth of approximately 9,000 streets and alleys, where you find traditional markets, ancient mosques, madrassas (religious schools) and artisans who keep centuries-old techniques alive. The journey from Fès to Merzouga is a magical one, crossing the cool town of Ifrane, known as the “Switzerland of Morocco” home to the world’s largest cedar forest and wild monkeys. Next comes the crossing of the Middle Atlas, reaching altitudes over 2,000 meters, passing through Berber villages (indigenous communities of North Africa that preserve ancestral traditions, languages, and ways of life). Along the way, nomads can be seen herding their flocks, keeping their ancient heritage alive. Further ahead, as the road descends into the Ziz Valley oases (around 1,000 meters above sea level), lush palm groves and dramatic landscapes begin to appear, heralding the arrival at the vast Sahara Desert.
Day 4 Monday 03/11 Sahara Desert
The Sahara is a sea of golden dunes, where the sun’s heat warms the skin and the gentle breeze carries the dry scent of sand. Camels glide silently, their rhythmic footsteps blending with the whisper of the wind. The fine touch of sand slips through the fingers, while the sweet taste of mint tea warms the mouth. At night, a profound silence envelops everything, and the star-filled sky makes the heart beat with peace and wonder — sometimes interrupted by music and laughter from celebrations around the fire. Here, time dissolves, and the soul breathes freedom.
Day 5 Tuesday 04/11 Todra Gorge | Studios Atlas
The Todra Gorges are canyons carved over millennia by the Todra River, revealing dizzying stone walls that rise up to 300 meters high — one of the most impressive landscapes in Morocco. The Atlas Studios in Ouarzazate are among the largest in the world by area and remain active to this day. Since 1983, they have hosted major productions such as Gladiator, The Mummy, and Game of Thrones, and they continue to welcome international film crews.
Day 6 Wednesday 05/11 Ait Ben Haddou | High Atlas Mountains | Tichka | Marrakech
Ksar Ait Ben Haddou is a 17th-century fortified village made of clay, located along the ancient caravan route through the Sahara. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, it is a symbol of traditional Berber architecture and has served as the backdrop for films such as Gladiator, Game of Thrones, and Lawrence of Arabia. The views of the High Atlas Mountains, often snow-covered, are beyond imagination. At the Tichka, you’ll feel the crisp mountain air (often tinged with snow) at around 2,260 meters above sea level, with breathtaking views of deep valleys, tiny Berber villages nestled into the slopes, and the winding road that snakes through the mountains. Marrakech is especially known for its historic center — a labyrinth of lively alleys filled with over 3,000 shops. At the heart of the city lies Jemaa el Fna square, Morocco’s most iconic and famous square, recognized by UNESCO as part of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity.
Day 7 Thursday 06/11 Marrakech | Ouzoud Waterfalls
The Ouzoud Waterfalls are one of Morocco’s greatest natural attractions and the tallest waterfalls in North Africa, standing over 100 meters high. Meet amazing monkeys that you can feed by hand — a truly unforgettable experience.
Day 8 Friday 07/11 Casablanca | Rabat
Casablanca is the largest city in Morocco and the country’s economic capital. Here, modern buildings blend with charming neighborhoods that reflect Islamic heritage and remnants of the colonial period. The Hassan II Mosque is one of the largest in the world. Its minaret — at 210 meters — is the tallest in the world. Partially built over the Atlantic Ocean, the mosque can accommodate 25,000 worshippers inside and 80,000 outside. Guided tours for non-Muslims are available, following specific rules and schedules.The mosque is notable for its retractable roof, glass floor with views of the sea, and richly detailed traditional craftsmanship. Rabat is the capital of Morocco, where tradition and modernity meet along the Atlantic coast.
Day 9 Saturday 08/11 Asilah | Tangier
Asilah is a charming town on the Atlantic coast, with seawalls that touch the ocean, golden beaches, white-and-bluewashed houses, flower-filled streets, and art galleries. Once a Portuguese fortress, it has preserved its historical soul and is now a peaceful place where art, tradition, and local life coexist. Tangier is a vibrant city that blends tradition and modernity in a cosmopolitan atmosphere. Located in northern Morocco between the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean, just a few kilometers from Europe, it has a rich history shaped by Arab, Portuguese, Spanish, and French influences.
